At Babash Rug Services, we provide highly professional and safe maintenance procedures. To this end, we apply a variety of methods and techniques based on our experience and depending on the quality, origin, age and other characteristics of your rugs. Nevertheless, it is possible that poor workmanship or quality of textiles, fibers, glues and dyes utilized by the manufacturer result in shrinkage, detachment of backing, color bleeding, discoloration and/or a yellowish cast. Moreover, formerly repaired damages from retailers and previous owners may reappear after our deep cleaning procedures. Instances include but are not limited to blocked and apparently straight rugs that may return to their asymmetrical shape, re-dyed/darned portions that may fade, discolor or detach, and sun, moth or color bleeding damage that are not yet observable but that can be totally eye-catching after wash. These occasional incidents are beyond our control. Babash Rug Services is ultimately not liable for damages that may occur to your rugs and does not guarantee any result. Also, common stains from food and traffic are removed through our deep cleaning routines; however, more persistent stain like wine, urine or blood are unlikely to be eliminated from the cleaning process. These stains involve a separate spot removal or spot dyeing service of which you will be informed after cleaning.
